Last night, Facebook emailed me about an invitation from one of my friends to join this group called "SEE EVERY 1 WHO VEIWS YOUR PROFILE". And.. I checked it out. But I noticed that's it's not a Application, nor a Feature of Facebook that will be able to notify you when someone viewed your profile, just like Friendster do. This Profile Watcher thing group is faker than a porn star's boobs!
Why it is fake?
1. Look at the spelling:
See how this scammer spell VEIW? It's VIEW asshole!
If this group is made by someone professional, I'm sure it not gonna be veiw.
2. Use Google to search if there is any way you can detect the viewers of your profile.
3. I even emailed facebook to ask them if they have any application that will able to notify me about my viewers, they say they don't have any.
What can you do to stop this kind of scams?
